Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of event start date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 44-0 days prior to event start date will receive credit for either 8 or 16 hours of KAPS online course material based upon being either a one day or full registrant respectively. Online courses must be completed within one year of conference.
