Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Land Surveyor based in Pikeville, KY, with some travel involved, as projects span across central and eastern Kentucky and regions of Virginia and West Virginia.
The Licensed Land Surveyor will oversee and conduct a variety of surveying tasks, including topographic surveys, land boundary analysis, and mapping projects. Responsibilities include operating surveying equipment, preparing reports, and collaborating with engineering teams to support project design and development. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
